FACT:
Well lets say it as it is: Every rider things he's better than average but obviously that's impossible. Lots of riders have egos that are putting them in danger. Lots of riders are subject to peer group pressure and get hurt trying to keep up (these seem to be male traits!) Lots of riders could improve their riding enormously if they would only take some form of further training with a fully qualified professional instructor be that on a track or doing an advanced assessment of some form on the road. Not only will you ENJOY your riding more but you'll also be SAFER and FASTER.
FACT:
Don't put your training in the hands of any of the following:
A mate who is a good rider i.e. better than you
A part time motorcycle hobbyist
USE A FULLY QUALIFIED FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR WHOSE ONLY AIM IN HIS WORKING LIFE IS TO TRAIN MOTORCYCLISTS TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
At rider training we can offer you further road based training from both the BMF / RoSPA and NAAMI. All use the police roadcraft manual as the basis for there training and they will improve your riding.
These courses are a minimum of 2 days in length and are best done ONE to ONE, however, if you have a partner or friend who you want to do the course with we will do a TWO to ONE ratio as an exception. These courses are done with your own bike; this is very important as you will need to gain and practice your new skills on your bike.
