DIRECT ACCESS COURSES

Direct Access courses are available to anyone aged 24 or over or to anyone who has passed their manual A2 licence and has held it for a period of two years or more. We do a number of intensive Direct Access Courses ranging from 3 day courses to 6 day courses. The number of days  needed will depend on your previous geared motorcycle experience and also whether or not you have a current geared motorcycle CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) certificate.

All our Direct Access Course prices include both your MOD 1 and MOD 2 test fee and if needed your CBT fee and we also give a complimentary theory test if required.

We will also supply the bike; Yamaha MT-07ABS and any safety kit you may need.

We also have a lowered Yamaha MT-07 for anyone who is vertically challenged!

3 DAY COURSE

This course is aimed at someone who already holds a manual A2 licence and has done so for at least two years or has turned the age of 24 before the two years have passed.

COST: £495

4 DAY COURSE

This course is aimed at someone who has already completed a manual 125cc CBT which is still valid and has covered a few hundred miles on a 125 if not more. The 4 day course is all on a big bike; Yamaha MT-07ABS and includes both your MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests. This course normally runs from Monday to Thursday. We can also book you in for your motorcycle theory test if needed.

 5 DAY COURSE

This course is aimed at someone who has previous riding experience, possibly off road riding or may have done a geared 125cc CBT in the pass or ridden a geared motorcycle many years ago. This course will include your CBT on a geared 125cc motorcycle; Yamaha YS125, and 4 days on a big bike; Yamaha MT-07ABS. The course will include both your MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests. The course normally runs CBT on a Saturday or a Sunday and then 4 days on the big bike from Monday to Thursday. We can also book you in for your motorcycle theory test if needed.

6 DAY COURSE

This course is aimed at someone who has no previous riding experience or may have ridden many many years ago or someone who is a little nervous and wants to get as much time on a motorbike as possible. This course will include your CBT on a geared 125cc motorcycle; Yamaha YS125, and a further day on a 125 before moving onto the bigger bike; the Yamaha MT-07ABS. You would then do 4 days on the big bike which would include both your MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests. The course normally runs CBT on a Saturday or a Sunday, a further day on the 125 on a Friday and then 4 days on the big bike from Monday to Thursday. We can also book you in for your motorcycle theory test if needed.
