TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. General

  • 1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of motorbike training services by [Rider Training] ("the School", "we", "us", or "our") to the individual, group or entity ("the Customer", "you", or "your") that has booked a course with the School.

  • 1.2. By booking a course with the School, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not book a course with the School.

  • 2. Course Bookings

  • 2.1. To secure a course booking, you must contact Simon on 07770 608199 and provide any information asked for. You will also have to pay a deposit to secure the course. In the case of a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) course you will pay for the course in full upon booking

  • 2.2. The School reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

  • 2.3. You must provide accurate information during the booking process, including your full name, address, contact details, and any relevant medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the course.

  • 3. Course Fees and Payment

  • 3.1. CBT Course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, course deposit fees for any other course are payable on booking

  • 3.2. Course fees include the use of school-owned motorbikes, helmets, and other protective gear, as well as any required training materials.

  • 3.3. The School reserves the right to adjust course fees at any time without prior notice. However, any changes in course fees will not affect confirmed bookings.

  • 4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 4.1. You may cancel your booking at any time by providing email notice (info@ridertraining.biz) to the School. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • a. More than 14 days before the course start date: 90% refund of the course fee. b. Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee. c. Less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund.

  • 4.2. The School may cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. In such cases, the School will provide a full refund of the course fee or offer an alternative course date, at your discretion.

  • 5. Course Conduct and Safety

  • 5.1. You must follow all instructions given by the School's instructors, adhere to safety guidelines, and treat fellow participants with respect.

  • 5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of the School's equipment, including motorbikes, helmets, and other protective gear, while in your possession. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in additional charges.

  • 5.3. The School reserves the right to terminate your participation in the course if your behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

  • 6. Insurance and Liability

  • 6.1. The School maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its training services. However, it is recommended that you obtain personal accident and injury insurance.

  • 6.2. The School is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property arising from your participation in the course, except where such injury or damage is caused by the School's negligence.

  • 7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • 7.1. The School is committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the training services and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

  • 7.2. Photographs may be taken and displayed on social media and our website. If you would like to opt out, or have a photograph taken down let us know. 

  • 8. Governing Law

  • 8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the provision of the training services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

  • 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • 9.1. The School reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on our website. Your continued participation in our courses constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Terms.

  • Force Majeure

  • 10.1. The School shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of government.

  • 11. Intellectual Property

  • 11.1. All training materials provided by the School, including but not limited to written materials, diagrams, illustrations, and videos, are the intellectual property of the School and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than personal training without the express written consent of the School.

  • 12. Miscellaneous

  • 12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • 12.2. No waiver of any breach of these Terms by the School shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

  • 12.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the School with respect to the provision of motorbike training services and supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
